Business Development Executive – Public and Social Sector (Local and International)

We are a management consulting and training company looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a proven track record of winning projects from public and social sector organizations in Pakistan and abroad. The ideal candidate will have experience in bidding, proposal writing, and follow-up to win projects under highly competitive business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our client base in the public and social sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and their needs.
  • Develop customized proposals that meet client requirements and win new projects.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the bidding process, including reviewing RFPs, coordinating with technical teams, and developing project budgets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of quality work.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing, with a focus on winning projects from public and social sector organizations in Pakistan and abroad.
  • Proven track record of successfully winning and delivering projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong contacts in corporate, public, and social sector organizations.
  • Willingness to travel.
